1. General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy

1.1. By using our website, including placing orders of our products, you confirm your acceptance to our general terms and conditions (https://giantsbasaltrockgin.com/tc/), these pre-sale terms and conditions, our privacy policy (https://giantsbasaltrockgin.com/privacy-policy-2/) and the terms and conditions of our licensee partner, Fairley’s (M Fairley T/A Fairley’s, 62-64 Railway Road, Coleraine, Northern Ireland BT52 1PF) (“Fairley’s”) (https://www.fairleys-wines.co.uk/terms-and- conditions). 

1.2. References to “We” and “Our” in these pre-sale terms shall, where the context permits, be to us (Basalt Distillery Ltd (NI672259) and Fairley’s. 

2. Age Restriction 

2.1. By placing an order, you warrant that you are of legal drinking age in your country of residence. 

2.2. If you are purchasing the product as a gift, the recipient must also be of legal drinking age in their country of residence. 

2.3. You hereby accept full responsibility for whoever accepts delivery of the product at the delivery address. 

2.4. Our courier shall be entitled to request proof of identification and age from the person accepting delivery of the product at the delivery address. 

3. Date for delivery Payment will be taken at the time of purchase and We will seek to dispatch your order on the 26th April 23 (Dispatch Date). However, in the event that We are prevented from meeting the Dispatch Date for any reason beyond Our reasonable control, We shall not be held liable and you shall not be entitled to terminate this contract on that ground. 

4. Non-refundable Once delivered to you, Our products are non-refundable.
